One of the things that's always bugged me about Batman's suit is the cape. As "The Incredibles" so clearly illustrated, capes are dangerous for the wearer. So, with that in mind, I factored in a quick-release harness for my bat-suit. Pull up on the center bat, and the cape falls away. I also liked the idea of having 3 bat symbols to imply flight... Note the chest, harness, and belt buckle.
